WFMW: Bug Bites
Next time you have an itchy bug bite...reach for a wet bar of soap. Rub a little of the wet soap on the bite and it will stop itching. I have no idea
why this works, but it does. And it's probably easier to find a bar of soap than that bug spray you bought last summer...that you know is in a drawer somewhere...one of those drawers you plan to tackle on a Tuesday.

Interesting idea. I will have to try it. Thanks for sharing!
We're buggy here, so I will try that this summer.
Good to know- my son is covered (and even got stung in his EYE this weekend)! I will keep that mind for future bites. He seems particularly sensitive to these!
Thanks for sharing this - I will definitely give it a try.
I must try this, thanks for the tip.
I had no idea a bar of soap would work, definitely have to try this one :)
Excellent tip! You're right; I can find the soap faster than the itch medicine!
I never would have thought of that....I'm a frugal zealot so we've always got soap on hand, itch medicine, not always!
Very interesting. I'll have to give it a try.
I've never heard of that! Will have to try it!
I can vouch for this tip. My dad swears by it, and has told me to try it--it definitely works!
I'll have to remember this when a bug strikes again.
Thanks!
Good to know! I'll be sure and bring a bar when we go camping in a couple weeks!
Thanks for stopping by my blog!
I'll try it! Most likely my husband will try it first since the bugs flock to him!
Thanks!
Really? Seriously?
Well I had no idea.
But I'll be trying that one. :-)
