Tackle It Tuesday, again

To the right is my stuff all over the counter. After I took it all out, I decided to use the white plastic container specifically for 'leftovers.' I have a list of them, but now I know where to find the sausage and peppers, beef stroganoff, and company. (It's in the previous post. I don't know how to make pictures go where you really want them to go.) Anyhoo...So I stack up my 'pretty' containers to one side. They are mostly the kind from that spinny rack thing 'as seen on TV.' (Great investment, btw. I have two.) The meat went downstairs. So did the little pizzas. Most of the freezer still isn't as hotsy-totsy as the side pictured above...but it looks better than it did!

You know what is funny? Honestly, just today I was thinking, "Okay, I've gotta buy those stacking containers that I always see late at night on TV!"

I was searching for a container and found 30 lids and 10 containers and couldn't make one match!!!

I think I just might buy those... but now I'll probably never see the ad again... so how will I find them?

But enough about me...

Great work on your project!!!

Thanks, Janice and Sue! Sue...I see these in K-Mart, Target and even my grocery store. They are more expensive at the K-Mart--go figure. What I like about them is that all the lids match all the containers. I can't remember how much they cost--maybe $20 or $25--but they are worth it.
Which gives me my idea for my next Tackle It Tuesday (you know you can't abbreviate it, right?) project--I have other containers, too. Time to reorganize those!

Awesome work :) It's such a great feeling to get that freezer under control LOL

I keep wanting to buy those containers with the lids and never get around to them, I'm definitely picking these up next trip to Walmart :)

My tackle it tuesday is also up :)

Okay, I have to admit--it looks really good on that one side and much better than before on the other side. However, since I did this I put some ice cubes into a baggie so I could make new trays of ice (to have extra) and my husband brought home a box of super-decadent Belgian chocolate-covered ice cream things from his brother's ice cream store. The bag is shoved in where it fits and the box is crooked...but neither of these things will last. Especially not the chocolate things.

Blogger will always place your photos at the top of your post, either on the left, middle or right depending on what you specify. You can also specify a small, medium or large image.

What you do is click on the photo, and you'll see a box around it with little squares on each side. Put the mouse over the bottom square until you see four arrows, then you can drag the photo to wherever you want it in the post. Hope that helps!

Yikes - that reminds me that I need to work on my freezer too - and so many other projects (like my cubbord). I always buy stuff and forget I have and than end up with 3 of everything *sigh*.
Job well done :)
